Who we are
202 Social Bar & Grill is a bar and restaurant at 3775 10th Ave, Suite #3, New York, NY 10034. This policy covers what you tell us when you book a table, sign up for an event, or buy tickets or a package on www.202bargrill.com.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number, and the details of your booking: date, time, party size, event, tickets or package, and any special request.
If you pay online, your card is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To take and manage your booking, send your confirmation and reminders, answer your questions, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Who helps us
Our booking system is run by Sybar. Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are sent through Postmark. Text messages, if you ask for them, are sent through Twilio. They use your information only to provide these services to us.
Text messages
We text you only if you tick the text message box when you book. We send booking confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies (usually 2 per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records as long as we need them to run the restaurant and as long as the law requires.
